  • Bread loafAny marked-down bread you like (example mentioned: sourdough loaf)
  • Extra virgin olive oilDrizzle/pump over bread cubes
  • SaltTo taste

    Cut the bread into cubes.

    Spread the bread cubes on a sheet tray/baking sheet and shake to distribute evenly.

    Drizzle (pump) extra virgin olive oil over the bread, then season with salt and pepper. Mix to coat.

    Lay the cubes flat in an even layer.
