  • 2 cups Milkinfused with spices
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Chili pepper
  • 4 ounces Dark chocolatemelted in a double boiler
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powderDutch processed
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 splash Orange liqueur(optional)such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier
  • Whipped cream(optional)for garnish
  • Cocoa nibs(optional)for garnish

    Infuse milk with cinnamon, vanilla, and chili pepper by simmering for at least 5 minutes.

    Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.
