Ingredients
  • 1 cup Soya chunks
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1/4 cup Urad dal
  • 1 count Raw tender mangofor chutney
  • 1/2 cup Coconutgrated, for chutney
  • 2 count Green chiliesfor chutney
  • to taste Salt

    Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.

    Grind soya chunks into a coarse paste.

    Mix rice flour, urad dal, and ground soya chunks to form a batter.

    Add salt to taste and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
