- •1 cup Rice flour
- •1/4 cup Urad dal
- •1 count Raw tender mangofor chutney
- •1/2 cup Coconutgrated, for chutney
- •2 count Green chiliesfor chutney

Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
