- •1/2 cup Oatsuse certified gluten-free if needed
- •1 large Egg
- •1/2 tsp Vanilla
- •1/2 cup Brown sugar
- •3 Tbsp Cocoa powderunsweetened
- •1 tsp Baking powder
- •1/3 cup White chocolate chips(optional)
- •Water(optional)for greasing parchment paper

Mix roasted peanuts, oats, egg, vanilla, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.

Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
