Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Roasted peanutsunsalted
  • 1/2 cup Oatsuse certified gluten-free if needed
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Cocoa powderunsweetened
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/3 cup White chocolate chips(optional)
  • Water(optional)for greasing parchment paper

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Mix roasted peanuts, oats, egg, vanilla, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.

    Fold in white chocolate chips if using.

    Grease parchment paper with water to prevent sticking.

    Scoop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
