Mix 2 eggs at room temperature for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup honey, and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix until well combined.

Add 1 cup oat flour, 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, and 1 + 1/2 tsp baking powder. Mix well.

Fold in 1/3 cup chocolate chips and 1 Tbsp oat flour.

Fill paper liners about 3/4 full with the batter.
