Healthy Chocolate Donut Balls
Air-fried oat flour and Greek yogurt donut balls dipped in a dark chocolate coating, with optional toppings.

- •85 g Oat flourfor dough
- •1 tablespoon Cacao powderfor dough
- •90 g Greek yogurt0% fat
- •2 tsp Honeyfor dough
- •20 g Dark chocolatefor coating
- •1 teaspoon Coconut oilfor coating
- •a tiny squeeze squeeze Honey(optional)optional, added to melted chocolate
- •Shredded coconut(optional)optional topping
- •Pistachios(optional)optional topping, crushed

Mix oat flour with cacao powder and Greek yogurt. Add honey and knead into a dough.

Roll the dough into 12 balls.

Air fry at 180° for 8 to 10 minutes.

Remove and let cool for 5 minutes.

While cooling, melt dark chocolate with coconut oil. Optionally add a tiny squeeze of honey and mix.

Dip the balls in the chocolate coating and place on a plate.

Optionally top with shredded coconut or crushed pistachios, or leave plain.

Refrigerate for 5 minutes to set.
