- •3 Tbsp Honey or maple syrup/
- •2 Tbsp Melted butter/
- •1 tsp Vanilla/
- •1/2 cup Almond flour/
- •1/2 cup Oat flouruse certified gluten-free if needed

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix 1 large egg at room temperature for about 1 minute.

Add 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup, 2 tbsp melted butter, and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix well.

Add 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup oat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently until just combined.

Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.

Fill the paper liners about 2/3 full with batter.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
