  • 2 large Eggsat room temperature
  • 1 cup Plain yogurtat room temperature
  • 1/3 cup Honey or Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Butter or coconut oilmelted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Oat flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • Salt(optional)a pinch
  • 1 cup Natural peanut butterat room temperature, no sugar or fat added
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup Honey or Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Milkat room temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Line 15cm round cake pans with parchment paper.

    In a bowl, mix eggs, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, melted butter or coconut oil, and vanilla until well combined.

    Add almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.

    Divide the batter between the prepared pans.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
