Ingredients
  • Lambfinely minced
  • White breadsoaked in milk
  • Milkfor soaking bread
  • Onionsfried
  • Garlicfried
  • Parsleychopped
  • 1 to 2 Egg yolks
  • Knorr Aromatto taste
  • Flourfor coating
  • Tomato sauce
  • Feta cheesechopped
  • Coriander(optional)for garnish

    Mix minced lamb, fried onions, garlic, chopped parsley, and egg yolks.

    Squeeze milk from soaked bread and mix into lamb mixture.

    Season with Knorr Aromat and mix well.

    Refrigerate mixture for 4-5 hours to firm up.

    Form mixture into meatballs and lightly coat with flour.

    Fry meatballs until golden brown, then finish in oven for 5-10 minutes.
