  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 knob Butter
  • 1 dollop Creme fraiche
  • SaltAdd after cooking
  • Chives(optional)Chopped

    Crack the eggs directly into a cold pan.

    Add a knob of butter to the pan with the eggs.

    Place the pan on medium heat and stir continuously with a silicone spatula.

    Remove the pan from heat occasionally to prevent overcooking.

    Once the eggs are silky, remove from heat and add a dollop of creme fraiche.

    Season with salt and garnish with chopped chives.
