  • BreadcrumbsPanko, Japanese white breadcrumbs

    Cook the eggs by bringing water to a boil and lowering them in with a spoon. Cook for 4 and 1/2 minutes for a slightly runny center.

    Prepare the sausage meat by mixing in crumbled black pudding, salt, pepper, and grated apple.

    Drain and cool the eggs under cold water, then peel them.

    Set up an assembly line with seasoned flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs.
