Ingredients
  • 200 ml Honeydelicious
  • Vanilla podscraped seeds
  • Puff ricedelicious, light and fluffy
  • Wheat bran
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Linseed
  • Almondsnice heavy weight
  • Salt(optional)lightly seasoned on top
  • Dried cranberrieschewy sweet flavor
  • Goji berrieshigh in antioxidants

    Warm 200 ml of honey in a pan.

    Scrape seeds from a vanilla pod and add to honey.

    Add puff rice, wheat bran, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseed, and almonds to a bowl.

    Drizzle warm honey over the mixture and mix well to coat.

    Spread mixture on baking paper and season lightly with salt.

    Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
