  • Live yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Apple juice
  • 2/3 cup OatsAdd two-thirds initially, then the rest later
  • AlmondsFlaked and toasted
  • BlackberriesGenerous amount for topping
  • Raspberries(optional)For topping
  • Strawberries(optional)For topping

    Mix live yogurt with apple juice.
