Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup Oat flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon(optional)
  • 1/2 cup Natural peanut butterroom temperature
  • 4 Bananasvery ripe
  • Chocolate chips(optional)

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Grease a 10x6-inch (25x15 cm) baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

    In a bowl, mix oat flour, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon.

    Add natural peanut butter in two additions, stirring until the mixture becomes moist and crumbly.

    Spread half of the crumb mixture at the base of the prepared baking dish.

    Slice bananas and layer them over the crumb mixture.

    Optionally, sprinkle chocolate chips over the bananas.

    Spread the remaining crumb mixture over the top and gently press it down with a spatula.

    Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
