Grease a 10x6-inch (25x15 cm) baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

In a bowl, mix oat flour, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon.

Add natural peanut butter in two additions, stirring until the mixture becomes moist and crumbly.

Spread half of the crumb mixture at the base of the prepared baking dish.

Slice bananas and layer them over the crumb mixture.
