- •2/3 cup Oat flouruse certified gluten-free if needed

Beat unsalted butter, brown sugar, granulated white sugar, and vanilla until soft and creamy.

Add eggs and mix until combined.

Mix in oat flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt until a dough forms.
