Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Unsalted butterroom temperature
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated white sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Eggsroom temperature
  • 2/3 cup Oat flouruse certified gluten-free if needed
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips

    Beat unsalted butter, brown sugar, granulated white sugar, and vanilla until soft and creamy.

    Add eggs and mix until combined.

    Mix in oat flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt until a dough forms.

    Stir in chocolate chips.

    Refrigerate dough for 30-40 minutes.

    Portion dough using a 2-tablespoon sized scoop and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them 10cm apart.
