Gambas Al Ajillo
A classic Spanish tapas dish featuring shrimp cooked with garlic, chili, and olive oil.

- •500 g Shrimppeeled and deveined
- •3 Garlic clovessliced
- •Parsley(optional)chopped
- •Pimenton picante(optional)or dulce, to taste
- •1 Cayenne pepper(optional)or another chili
- •5-6 tbsp Olive oilfor frying

Peel and devein the shrimp, then dry them with a paper towel.

Slice the garlic cloves and chop the parsley.

Heat a pan and add 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add sliced garlic and cayenne pepper to the hot oil.

Season shrimp with pimenton and salt, then add to the pan.

Sauté shrimp until they start to curl, about 10-20 seconds per side.
