- •3 rashers BaconStreaky or back bacon, smoked or unsmoked

- •1 knob ButterFor frying and beans

Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and add a small amount of oil.

Add sausages to the pan and cook slowly for 15-20 minutes, turning often.

Add tomatoes to the pan to cook alongside the sausages.

Slice black pudding and prepare it for frying.

Once sausages are nearly done, add bacon to the pan and cook until crispy.

Add black pudding slices to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Warm baked beans in a separate pot with a knob of butter.
