Ingredients
  • 2 English sausagesProper English sausages, not hot dogs or bratwurst
  • 2 EggsPreferably high-quality eggs like Clarence Court Burford Browns
  • 3 rashers BaconStreaky or back bacon, smoked or unsmoked
  • 2 slices Black pudding(optional)Optional, can be pre-sliced
  • 1 can Tomatoes(optional)Tinned tomatoes preferred if fresh are out of season
  • 1/4 can Baked beansHeinz recommended
  • 1 knob ButterFor frying and beans
  • 1 tbsp OilFor frying
  • Salt(optional)To taste
  • Black pepper(optional)To taste

    Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and add a small amount of oil.

    Add sausages to the pan and cook slowly for 15-20 minutes, turning often.

    Add tomatoes to the pan to cook alongside the sausages.

    Slice black pudding and prepare it for frying.

    Once sausages are nearly done, add bacon to the pan and cook until crispy.

    Add black pudding slices to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.

    Warm baked beans in a separate pot with a knob of butter.

    Fry eggs in a separate pan with oil and butter until cooked to preference.

    Toast bread and butter it.
