Fruit Scones

- •1/4 cup Caster sugarGranulated sugar can be used as a substitute

Sift the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar into a bowl.

Add cold butter and rub into the flour until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.

Add raisins and mixed candied peel, mix well.

Combine milk and vanilla extract, then add to the dry ingredients.
