  • 2 Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 5 g Salt
  • Vinegar(optional)A little splash
  • Peanut oilEnough to fry, about an inch or two
  • 50 g Flour
  • 25 g Corn starch
  • 20 cranks Black pepper
  • Smoked paprika(optional)
  • Chili powder(optional)
  • Garlic powder(optional)
  • Oregano(optional)
  • Salt(optional)A little pinch
  • 2 parts Mustard(optional)For sauce
  • 2 parts Mayonnaise(optional)For sauce
  • 1 part Hot sauce(optional)For sauce
  • Pickled onions(optional)For sandwich
  • Romaine lettuce(optional)For sandwich
  • BunFor sandwich

    Place chicken thighs in a bowl and add milk, salt, and vinegar. Mix to combine.

    Heat peanut oil in a wok over medium heat until it reaches 375°F.

    Combine flour and corn starch in a bowl. Add spices and mix.

    Pour some milk mixture into the flour mixture to create clumps.

    Coat chicken in the flour mixture, pressing to adhere.

    Fry chicken in oil for about 8 minutes, flipping once or twice, until golden brown.
