Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 4 Bread slices
  • 1 tbsp Honey(optional)for drizzling
  • 1 Mint sprig(optional)for garnish

    Beat the eggs in a flat dish.

    Add powdered sugar and milk to the eggs and blend well until smooth.

    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

    Soak a slice of bread in the egg mixture, flipping to coat both sides.

    Place the soaked bread in the frying pan and cook until golden brown on one side.

    Flip the bread and cook the other side until golden brown.

    Repeat with remaining bread slices.
