  • Crème fraîchedivided
  • 1 Eggsper ramekin
  • Chives(optional)chopped

    Preheat the oven and prepare a water bath (bain-marie).

    Grease a ramekin with butter.

    Place a layer of smoked salmon at the bottom of the ramekin.

    Add a layer of crème fraîche.

    Crack an egg into the ramekin.
