- •3 cups Flourall-purpose or bread flour
- •1 1/2 teaspoons Yeastfast rise or beer yeast
- •1 tablespoon Sugar
- •1 cup Waterlukewarm
- •1/2 cup Milklukewarm
- •1/4 cup Olive oil
- •2 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- •1 to 2 tablespoons Rosemary(optional)minced, for topping

Add flour, yeast, and sugar to the stand mixer bowl and mix.

Warm water and milk to lukewarm temperature.

Slowly add the liquid to the dry ingredients while mixing on low speed.

Add olive oil slowly while mixing.

Replace paddle attachment with dough hook and add salt.

Knead the dough for 15 minutes on setting two.

Transfer dough to a well-oiled bowl and let it proof until doubled in size, about 1 to 2 hours.

Transfer dough to an oiled pan and spread it out evenly.
