Flourless Nutella Brownies with Cheesecake Topping

- •1 tsp Vanilla extract
- •1 cup Ground hazelnuts or almond flourroasted

Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted.

Add Nutella to the melted chocolate and stir until well combined. Set aside to cool.

Whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Avoid over-mixing.

Add the chocolate-Nutella mixture and stir until smooth.

Fold in hazelnut flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.

Pour the batter into a 20cm square baking pan lined with parchment paper.
