Flourless Chocolate Cake Snacks

- •1/4 cup Coconut sugar(optional)or brown sugar
- •1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder

- •150 g Semi-sweet chocolateor milk chocolate
- •1 tsp Coconut oil(optional)if chocolate is too thick

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix 2 eggs at room temperature for about 1 minute.

Add 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup coconut oil or melted butter, 1/4 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into a 20x10cm loaf pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let it cool to room temperature.

Melt 150g semi-sweet or milk chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until melted.

If the melted chocolate is too thick, add 1 or 2 teaspoons of coconut oil.

Cover the cake bites with melted chocolate and top with chocolate sprinkles.
