    Combine avocado oil, lime juice, smoked paprika, mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and white pepper.

    Add cod to the mixture and sear in a hot pan for a couple of minutes.

    Use leftover oil to toast tortillas.
