  • Fennel seeds
  • 2 Fennel sausageRemove from skin and crumble
  • 6 EggsWhole
  • Flat leaf parsleyChopped roughly
  • Parmesan cheeseGrated
  • Black pepperFreshly ground
  • Salt
  • Buffalo mozzarellaSliced thinly
