- •1 tbsp Sugar
- •1 tsp Yeast
- •500 g Flour
- •1 tsp Salt
- •2 tbsp ButterSoftened
- •Semolina flour(optional)For dusting

Mix egg and milk to get 245 ml of liquid.

Add sugar and yeast to the liquid, mix well, and let sit for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.

Make a well in the flour and add the yeast mixture and softened butter.

Mix ingredients to form a dough, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.

Turn dough onto a floured surface, degas, and form into a ball. Let rise again for 45 minutes.

Roll dough to 13 mm thickness and cut with a 7.5 cm cutter.

Place muffins on a tray dusted with semolina flour, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.

Heat a frying pan to 200°C, lightly oil, and cook muffins for 4-5 minutes on each side.
