  • 1 piece Cod loinskinned and portioned
  • White beanscooked
  • 1 clove Garlicminced
  • Tomatoeschopped
  • Chicken stock(optional)or fish stock
  • Basilfor pesto
  • Parmesan cheesegrated
  • Pine nutsunroasted
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon juicefor salad dressing
  • Rocket leavesfor salad
  • Mustard greensfor salad

    Skin and portion the cod loin.
