Easy One Pan Salmon with Asparagus
Juicy, flaky baked salmon and asparagus cooked on one sheet pan with a lemon-parsley-garlic butter, finished under the broiler.

Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring the paper is not hanging over the edges.

Arrange salmon fillets down the center of the baking sheet.

Snap off and discard fibrous ends of asparagus. Arrange asparagus around the salmon.

Drizzle asparagus with a little olive oil and roll/toss to coat. Season salmon and asparagus lightly with salt and pepper.

Make the flavored butter: In a bowl, mash together softened butter, lemon juice, chopped parsley, pressed garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper until well combined (fork or food processor).

Spread about 3/4 of the butter mixture over the salmon fillets. Dab the remaining butter onto the asparagus and spread evenly.

Top the salmon with fresh lemon slices.

Bake at 400°F (about 205°C) for 10–12 minutes.

Broil on high for 2–3 minutes to brown the top slightly.
