Combine ground beef, ground lamb, grated onion, Greek yogurt, extravirgin olive oil, paprika, cumin, coriander, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.

Place the meat mixture between two pieces of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to spread it into a thin layer.

Remove the top parchment, fold the meat over, and place on a baking sheet.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes, draining fat halfway through.
