Easy Crepes
Simple blender crepe batter for sweet or savory crepes, cooked in a nonstick skillet or crepe pan and served with optional toppings like berries, sour cream, strawberry sauce, and powdered sugar.

Add wet ingredients to a blender: lukewarm water, warm milk, eggs, and melted unsalted butter.

Add dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Cover and blend on low speed until well combined (scrape down sides if needed).

Let the batter rest briefly so bubbles settle while you preheat a pan over medium heat.

Lightly grease the pan with a small dot of butter if needed.

For a 10-inch nonstick pan, pour about 1/4 cup batter into the hot pan and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.

Cook until edges look set and lightly golden, then slide a thin spatula under and flip.

Cook the second side about 30 seconds or until lightly golden, then transfer to a cutting board. Repeat with remaining batter (use two skillets to speed up if desired).
