Easy Authentic Sushi Hand Rolls At Home (Temaki)

- •Bonito flakesfor flavoring butter

Make sushi zoo by heating rice vinegar, kombu, sugar, and salt until sugar dissolves. Do not boil. Let sit for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
