Ingredients
  • 2 Large eggsroom temperature
  • 1 cup Plain yogurtroom temperature
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cups Oat flour
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • SaltA pinch
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips(optional)
  • 1/4 cup Honeyfor sauce
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powderfor sauce

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Mix 2 large eggs at room temperature for about 2 minutes.

    Add 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1/2 cup of honey, and 1 tsp of vanilla. Mix well.

    In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups of oat flour, 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tsp of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

    Gently stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

    Fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips if using.

    Pour the batter into a 20x20cm baking pan lined with parchment paper.

    Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

    For the sauce, mix 1/4 cup of honey with 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder until smooth and shiny.
