Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix 2 large eggs at room temperature for about 2 minutes.

Add 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1/2 cup of honey, and 1 tsp of vanilla. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups of oat flour, 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tsp of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Gently stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

Fold in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips if using.

Pour the batter into a 20x20cm baking pan lined with parchment paper.
