- •1/4 cup Cornstarch
- •1 teaspoon Gingergrated
- •1 teaspoon Garlicminced
- •1 Green chilifinely chopped
- •1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- •1 teaspoon Vinegar
- •to taste Salt
- •1/2 teaspoon Black pepperground
- •for frying Oil

Finely chop the cabbage and place it in a mixing bowl.

Add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, grated ginger, minced garlic, and finely chopped green chili to the bowl.
