  • 2 cups Cabbagefinely chopped
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Gingergrated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlicminced
  • 1 Green chilifinely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepperground
  • for frying Oil

    Finely chop the cabbage and place it in a mixing bowl.

    Add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, grated ginger, minced garlic, and finely chopped green chili to the bowl.

    Season with soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and ground black pepper.

    Heat oil in a pan for frying.
