- •200 g Smoked bacon

- •1 kilo Waxy potatoes

Sauté onions and bacon in olive oil until onions are translucent.

Dry sliced potatoes and add them to the pan with onions and bacon. Cook for 30-40 minutes until potatoes are almost cooked.

Layer half of the potatoes in a baking dish, add half of the Reblochon cheese, then add the remaining potatoes.

Top with the remaining Reblochon cheese and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
