Ingredients
  • 2 and 3/4 cups Parboiled rice
  • 1/4 cup Raw riceShort grain
  • 1 cup Split black gram skinlessAlso known as urad dal
  • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seedsSoaked
  • SaltTo taste

    Soak the parboiled rice, raw rice, split black gram, and fenugreek seeds in water for 4 to 5 hours.

    Grind the soaked ingredients into a smooth batter, adding water gradually to achieve a thick, pouring consistency.
