Add salt to the fermented dosa batter and mix well.

Heat a non-stick tawa and lower the temperature by splashing water on it. Wipe it dry.

Pour a small amount of batter onto the tawa using a round ladle and spread it in a circular motion.

Increase the heat and pour oil around the edges of the dosa.

Allow the dosa to cook until it leaves the sides of the pan. Fold and serve.
