Ingredients
  • Chicken thighsboneless, skinless
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Cinnamonground
  • Corianderground
  • Chiliground
  • Cardamomground
  • Cumin seedground
  • Thymeground
  • Oreganoground
  • Garlic powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • 3/4 cups Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • Lemon zest
  • 1/2 lemon Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlicgrated
  • Dillchopped
  • Salt
  • 1 count Bell pepperroasted
  • Red chiliesroasted
  • 1/8 cup White vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 loaf Turkish bread12 inches in diameter, lightly toasted with sesame

    Marinate chicken thighs with lemon juice, olive oil, and spice mix. Let marinate overnight.

    Prepare white sauce by mixing yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.

    Roast bell pepper and red chilies. Peel and blend with garlic, white vinegar, and olive oil to make harissa sauce.

    Cook marinated chicken on a rotisserie or grill until done.
