  • 2 Spring onionsfinely chopped
  • 1 Garlic clove(optional)finely chopped
  • Chives(optional)optional, finely chopped
  • 2 slices Boiled hamchopped
  • 85 g Mature cheddar cheesegrated
  • 30 g Single cream2 tablespoons
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 5 large Eggs
  • Butterfor greasing
