  • Coriander

    Mince the pork belly and mix with shredded spring onion, garlic, chilli, and coriander.

    Roll the pork mixture into balls and coat with green rice by pressing the rice into the balls.

    Heat oil to 180 degrees Celsius and deep fry the pork balls for about 4 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
