Ingredients
  • Onionsfinely diced
  • Garlicfinely diced
  • Chilifinely diced
  • Parsleyfinely diced
  • Lean ground beef
  • Sumac
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Greek yogurt
  • Cucumbergrated
  • Lemon juice
  • Pita breadseparated into two
  • Pickles
  • Hot sauce

    Chop onions, garlic, chili, and parsley till finely diced.

    Squeeze out water from the chopped ingredients and add to lean ground beef with seasonings. Mix well and set aside.

    For the salad, mix onions, parsley, sumac, salt, and olive oil till well combined.

    Make the sauce with Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, salt, and lemon juice. Mix till creamy.

    Separate a pita bread into two. Add beef mix and spread it out into a thin layer. Place on the top half and press down firmly.

    Toast the wraps in a pan on medium heat with cooking spray till golden brown and crispy and the beef is cooked through.
