  • 2 pieces Chicken breastboneless
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • for frying Oil
  • 2 pieces Burger buns
  • Lettuce(optional)for serving
  • Mayonnaise(optional)for serving

    Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
