Ingredients
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup CornstarchDissolve in cold or room-temperature milk
  • 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup White chocolateStir until completely melted
  • 300 g Seedless grapesCut in half or use preferred fruit like strawberries, mangoes, cherries
  • 1 cup Milk chocolate25-30% cocoa solids
  • 1/3 cup CreamAbout 35% milk fat
  • 35 g White chocolateFor drizzle
  • 1 tsp MilkFor white chocolate drizzle

    Dissolve the cornstarch in cold or room-temperature milk.

    Add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to bubble and thicken.

    Reduce heat to low and stir for one minute more.

    Turn off the heat and add vanilla extract.

    Add white chocolate and stir until completely melted.

    Transfer the custard to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let cool at room temperature.

    Arrange grapes in a glass container, place 1/3 of the custard in the middle, and spread to the sides.

    Combine milk chocolate and cream in a bowl, microwave in intervals until melted.
