Creamy Dauphinoise Potatoes

- •500 ml Cream
- •500 ml Milk

- •Rosemary
- •10 Peppercorns

Slice the onions and cook them slowly in oil with a bit of salt until lightly caramelized.

Peel and slice the potatoes.

In a pot, combine cream and milk with thyme, rosemary, crushed garlic, and peppercorns. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. Strain the mixture.

Layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish, adding a ladle of the cream mixture between each layer.

Add a layer of caramelized onions and repeat the layering process.
