Cream of Celery Soup

- •1 count Potatoessliced
- •1 count Celeriacsliced finely
- •240 ml Double cream
- •1 count Knorr chicken stock potmade into stock
- •2 tbsp Butter
- •1 count Leekswhite part only, sliced finely
- •.5 .5 Celery leaves(optional)for garnish

Add butter to the pan and heat.

Slice celery, onions, leeks, and celeriac finely.

Sweat the vegetables in butter for 10-15 minutes without color.

In another pan, add sliced potatoes, double cream, and chicken stock.

Bring the cream and stock to a boil with the potatoes.

Add the sweated vegetables to the boiling cream and stock.

Cook for 10 minutes on a very low heat.

Blend the soup until smooth, then pass through a fine sieve.

Garnish with celery leaves before serving.
