Cozy Autumn Apple Cake

- •Salta pinch
- •3 Applesmedium, peeled and chopped
- •1/4 cup Sugar
- •2 tsp Lemon juice(optional)or white vinegar
- •1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- •1/3 cup Water
- •1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- •1/3 cup White chocolate
- •1 Tbsp Milkadd more if needed

Whisk the eggs and brown sugar for about 1 minute until fully combined.

Add plain yogurt and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.

Sift oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt over the wet mixture. Fold until just combined.

Pour the batter into a 20x20 cm pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the cake cool completely before adding the topping.
