- •Shredded lettuce

- •Small flour tortillas(optional)or cut smaller circles from large tortillas

Cook the ground beef in a pan until browned, then drain off the fat.

Add minced garlic, taco seasoning, and water to the beef. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened.

Lay out a large tortilla. Add seasoned ground beef, queso cheese, and a tostada shell.

Top with sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Place a small tortilla (or a cut-out tortilla circle) on top of the fillings.

Fold the edges of the large tortilla up and over the center to form a sealed crunchwrap.
