Cod in Parsley Sauce

- •2 tbsp Flour
- •2 cups Milk

Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat.

Add flour to the melted butter and cook for 2-3 minutes to form a roux.

Gradually add milk to the roux, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
