Ingredients
  • Watercress(optional)
  • Gem lettuce(optional)
  • Romaine lettuce(optional)
  • Broccoli(optional)
  • 1 teaspoon French mustardCan use English mustard as an alternative
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon(optional)For serving

    Chop the salad leaves and broccoli using the cross chopping method.

    Make a well in the middle of the chopped salad.

    Add a teaspoon of mustard into the well.

    Add a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

    Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

    Mix the dressing into the salad by chopping and dressing simultaneously.
