Chopped Chicken Pizza Hoagie
A quick and healthy-ish chicken hoagie with marinara and cheese.

- •Black peppercrushed
- •Fennel seed
- •1/2 can San Marzano tomatoespureed
- •80 grams Mozzarella cheesegrated

Slice half an onion and half a green bell pepper. Prepare romaine lettuce and pepperoncinis by slicing them.

Thinly slice chicken breast and season with salt, MSG, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flake. Mix together.

Heat a cast iron pan over medium-high heat, spray with cooking spray, and sear chicken until cooked through.

In the same pan, add olive oil, sliced peppers, and onions. Season with black pepper and fennel seed. Cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add pureed San Marzano tomatoes to the pan. Cook until thickened, about 7-10 minutes.

Grate mozzarella and parmesan cheese, mix together.

Slice hoagie roll, toast lightly. Spread sauce on both sides, add chicken, onions, peppers, and cheese mixture.

Broil the sandwich until cheese is melted. Add sliced pepperoncinis and lettuce before serving.
